The spy photographs of the UAZ Patriot model series have leaked on the internet. The biggest change has occurred in the interior of the car, there is a new dashboard, composed of sturdy and softened plastics, supplemented with driver and front passenger airbags. The new three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel with ergonomic levers of directional lights and wipers includes cruise control, radio control, phone control and more. Other innovations can be also found in the centre console, which is now embellished with design vent of a heating.

A heating control and a ventilation were also remaked, while the air-conditioning itself has been already automated.and control of heating and ventilation, the air itself is fully automated. Keen eye noticed a new button of an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and a Descent Control System. The last so far known change is a leather shift knob, there is talk of replacing dual fuel tanks with only one, and of changing a gear ratio to 4.625. Patriot 2017 is going to be unveiled this August at the Moscow Motor Show and to a serial production should go in September. Still, there is a possibility that we will already see the final version of the ADAS system, on which we reported earlier.
