czGazelle for utility company
This special off-road vehicle GAZ Gazelle Business AMC Combi was tailor made for technical department of a water utility company. It is a 7 seater with connectable FWD and a low range gearbox. Its equipment includes: electrically-operated side windows, electrically-adjustable rear view door mirrors, independent heating, protective seat covers, CD/USB audio and 100% rear locking differential. The vehicle is frequently driven in hard to reach areas of watercourses; therefore it is equipped with reinforced front bumper and fog lights. The roof has longitudinal roof racks. There is a ladder mounted on the vehicle rear part. The customer requested a tow hitch and front axle freewheeling hubs. The cargo space was modified by LINE-X coat of paint and a tailor made fitted rubber mat. The cargo space walls have carriers for tools and equipment. The vehicle is also intended to transport employees to protected natural areas, therefore the engine space is equipped with a retaining basket for a case of working liquids leaks.
